I'm Jyoti Sapkota, a passionate bachelor student with a keen interest in **food science, safety, and innovation**. I believe in continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in **food processing, quality control, and nutritional science**.
My journey began with a curiosity about how food is produced, preserved, and made safe for consumption. Since then, I've been focusing on understanding the chemical, biological, and engineering principles behind food production, preparing to contribute to a sustainable and healthy food supply.
I'm particularly interested in product development, food microbiology, and applying engineering principles to optimize processing. When I'm not studying or in the lab, you can find me researching new food trends, experimenting with recipes, or learning about **international food regulations and standards**.
My goal is to become a skilled Food Technologist who can create impactful solutions that improve food security, enhance product quality, and promote public health through science and innovation.
