Who I Am

About
Me

I’m Jyoti Sapkota — a food technology student driven by curiosity about how food is produced, preserved, and made safe for the people who eat it.

My journey began with a fascination for the chemical, biological, and engineering principles behind what ends up on our plates. Since then I’ve been deepening my knowledge in food microbiology, quality assurance, and processing technology — preparing to contribute meaningfully to an industry that feeds the world.

“I’m particularly drawn to product development and applying HACCP principles to real-world food safety challenges.”

Outside the lab, you’ll find me researching food trends, experimenting with recipes, or diving into international food regulations and standards. My goal is to become a skilled Food Technologist who creates impactful solutions that improve food security, enhance product quality, and promote public health through science and innovation.
